We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing/product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for cancellations.

5. Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, though this may vary based on your location.
TREDVIBE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc., subject to availability).
All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. TREDVIBE does not store your card/payment details.
